Lunch and Learn - "Rewards and recognition for volunteers" with Elaine McCulloch

For our next Lunch and Learn, we will be focusing on rewards and recognition for corporate and community volunteers with Elaine McCulloch.

Elaine has worked in and around volunteering for nearly 20 years. She is currently working as a freelance community and business engagement specialist, supporting organisations with their social impact and sustainability needs. Most recently having worked for FTSE 100 company, Sage PLC as the Foundation Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland, Elaine lead the coordination of volunteering for their 3600 staff, supported by 100 volunteer ambassadors. Prior to that having work in charity and community leadership roles setting up strategic volunteer programmes, specifically working with young unemployed people and educational settings. A lifelong member of girl guiding, a volunteer marshal for Run Reigate and volunteer mentor for the young professionals in social value.
