Tips to improve volunteer recruitment

We run regular lunch and learn sessions with experts from the voluntary sector.

This Lunch and Learn session we will be having a short presentation from Catherine Rose on how she grew her volunteers programme with a successful recruitment strategy. Followed by an informal chat to connect with other professionals in the sector.

Catherine loves volunteering and making positive things happen. She set up the volunteering programme at Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation from scratch, recruiting over 90 volunteers in just over a year. Previously, Catherine worked in volunteering development at the Ramblers, helping to support over 23,000 volunteers. Catherine is soon moving to her next volunteering adventure as Volunteer Development Manager at youth charity OnSide.
